The engaging Bruno Colin is the son of Michel Colin-Deléger. They worked together for ten years until the estate was divided between Bruno and his brother Philippe. Bruno’s inheritance runs to 8 hecatres includes the following premiers crus in white Chassagne-Montrachet: Boudriotte, Chaumées, Chenevottes, La Maltroie, Morgeot, En Remilly, Les Vergers and La Truffière in Puligny-Montrachet. He also has some red wine vineyards which he vinifies with equal skill.

Bruno started to work with his parents and brother in 1993 at the family domaine Michel COLIN-DELEGER. In 2003, the mutual decision was taken to divide the family domaine into three separate entities:

Since inheriting his share of the family vineyards in 2003, Bruno has built up an impressive domaine of his own, vinifying the wines in his father’s beautiful old cellars in the centre of Chassagne-Montrachet. He excels in generous vintages, where he captures the opulence of bright sunshine with the fresh tension derived from his impressive terroirs. His wines are appealing, accessible and delicious, with plump stone fruit cores and racy freshness.

Bruno created his first vintage in 2004. The domaine is extremely proud to cultivate the family’s vines in the Côte de Beaune’s most prestigious appellations. It currently covers 8.75 hectares of surface under vine in the communes of Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet, Saint- Aubin, Santenay and Dezize-les-Maranges.
